Surrogacy Insights


In 2016, a Bill was presented in Ecuador to permit compensated surrogacy and instructed the courts to uphold the terms of a surrogacy contract and recognize the intended parents as parents. This Bill is still in the committee stage but is seen as a progressive approach to surrogacy.
